Hello!
I have added a method to disable body size limits applied. What this means is that you can now increase "Fat", "Boob size and few others beyond previous limit. Note that disabling limits may break animations.
Addition to that, I have added a method to disable cloth and hair physics. Both these setting are accessible from the main menu.
