1.39 Update

several bug fixes including cloth color modification window being open at start up and char looking at wrong direction when starting studio photo session.

database update to accommodate upcoming city. 

database update to accommodate cloth exposing.

cloth exposing will be added to cloth modification as a unlock item. exposed cloths will be a whole new mesh. so expect a large game size in future.
